Information collected

We collect details you provide, including contact information, travel preferences, dates, budget, party details and messages; booking details and relevant accessibility or dietary needs when required. Hosting and map providers receive IP addresses, browser information and service requests. Do not send passport scans, card numbers or unnecessary health information through an inquiry or ordinary email. Share others' information only with their permission or legal authority. Our services are directed to adults.

Use and disclosure

We use information for communications, proposals, bookings, support, records, security and legal compliance. We share relevant information with Coastline Travel Advisors, Inc., its authorized providers and travel suppliers, including overseas suppliers. Our tools include Google, Tern, Cloudflare, MapTiler and OpenAI for AI-assisted organization and drafting with human review. These providers have their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect rights and security.

Storage and tracking

Browser storage retains unfinished inquiries, journey choices and preferences. You can clear it in your browser; this does not delete submitted records. Hosting and map providers may collect information across sites using their services. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

Choices and retention

Marketing is optional. Unsubscribe or email us to stop it. Email us to request access, correction, deletion or another applicable privacy right. We may verify identity and retain records required for legal, host, accounting or dispute purposes. We retain other information only as reasonably needed for the stated purposes. We use reasonable safeguards; security cannot be guaranteed.

Updates

Updates appear here with a revised effective date. We provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes when required by law.

Prices and bookings

Trips, prices and availability are subject to change. Advertised prices are estimates unless expressly confirmed. An inquiry does not reserve travel or authorize payment. Bookings require your approval, applicable payment and supplier confirmation.

Travel costs and applicable host or supplier charges are disclosed before booking. Separate CEDRUS, Coastline and supplier terms apply to travel purchases.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, CEDRUS is not liable for independent suppliers' acts or omissions, or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
